Producing high yields of long stems with a sweet flavour and good texture, it's considered to be one of the most reliable rhubarb varieties available. 'Victoria' may be harvested as baby stems, forced or simply left to mature.
- 'Goliath' is the giant in our rhubarb range and makes an impressive "figure" not only in the bed, but also in the kitchen. It is high yielding and although the green-meaty varieties are said to be quite often sour, 'Goliath' is one of the very, very mild and extremely tasty varieties. A consumer tasting in Germany 'Goliath' (together with 'Holsteiner Blut') was a crowd pleaser in terms of taste.
