Refund policy

We have a very simple returns policy:

If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it, by refund, replacement, exchange or credit.
If you change your mind, we’ll refund, or exchange an item provided it is still new and unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
If it’s faulty we’ll refund, replace or repair
You must pay the return postage.

Unwanted items

If you decide the product you purchased from us is not for you, please return them to us by sending it to us through the post. You must pay the postage. We suggest a signature or tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items not returned to us.

We will happily issue a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery, providing you have proof of purchase. Please remember to keep your order confirmation, which would have been emailed to you.

It is important that any unwanted product, is returned in the same condition as it was received. The item must be unused and in a resalable condition, complete with tag, packaging and associated documentation where applicable.

We will reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the full sale amount of the product you don’t want. This includes the cost of delivery to you but not the cost of returning the product to us.

Items Under Warranty

Items under warranty can be returned to us, and we will usually contact the manufacturer to confirm they are happy with the warranty claim. They may choose to refund, replace or repair the item. We will conduct this as quickly as possible. Please return the items to us for inspection.

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following products:
  • Perishable goods/live goods
If you are in doubt about whether you can return your item, please call us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Items

You can return items to us by returning via Royal Mail or an alternative courier. Please be aware of size restrictions: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm/ and max 5kg for Royal Mail

How to Package

Please enclose the order confirmation note (or name and address with your order number and reason for return) with the product and package up securely as we cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting.
